Build with Blocks and Stages
Every Lumo page is constructed using flexible blocks, organized logically into stages. Think of blocks as the individual components – whether it’s text, an image, or a question – and stages as the sections or steps that structure your digital page. You’ll primarily work with two types: Content Blocks for displaying information and Field Blocks for gathering data from your audience.
Start Fast with AI
Our AI feature allows you to instantly turn any idea into a fully-structured Lumo. Simply describe your project in a few sentences, and our AI will automatically generate a professional, ready-to-use form, including all the necessary stages, fields, and initial content. This powerful feature gives you a head start. After the AI has created the initial structure, you can seamlessly transition to our classic drag-and-drop editor to refine the design, customize content, and add any specific blocks you need, ensuring your Lumo is exactly as you want it.
Versatile Field Blocks
Gather the information you need from your audience using our range of interactive field blocks. Each block is designed to collect a specific type of data efficiently and can be configured to fit your requirements.
Text
Collect short text inputs. Configure to accept standard text, email addresses, or numbers. Includes options for placeholder text and marking as required.
Long Text
Collect longer text inputs like comments or feedback. Set initial display rows, include placeholder text, and mark as required.
Rating
Allow users to provide a rating using numbers or icons (like stars or hearts). Define the rating range and mark as required.
Button Select
Present options as interactive buttons for users to click. Supports single or multiple selections and can be marked as required.
Dropdown
Provide a list of options in a dropdown menu. Supports single or multiple selections and can be marked as required.
Checkbox
Offer simple yes/no or opt-in options. Customize the accompanying text and configure as a toggle or a standard checkbox. Can be marked as required.
Radio Group
Present a list of mutually exclusive options for a single choice selection. Customize option text and mark as required.
Date
Collect dates, times, or both. Set default values (current or specific), minimum, and maximum selectable dates/times. Can be marked as required.
Signature
Capture digital signatures from users.
Phone
Collect phone numbers with a country selector, flags, and automatic country detection when typing dial codes. Validates and stores numbers in international format.
File Upload

Display information beautifully within your Lumos using our versatile content blocks. These are the building blocks that help you share text, images, videos, and calls to action with your audience.
Rich Text
Add and format paragraphs, lists, and headlines. Customize font size, weight, and color to match your design.
Image
Easily include images from your device. Control image size and add descriptive captions.
Video
Share videos from YouTube or Vimeo seamlessly within your page, with an optional description below.
Button
Create customizable buttons with specific text, destination URLs, control over size, and alignment.

Enhance Your Project
Add consistent branding and essential information to your Lumos with project-level components like Headers and Footers, and guide users after submission with custom Success and Error pages.
Header
Include a title or logo at the top of your Lumo. Add a linked button for external navigation. Customize the header height and background color.
Footer
Provide information like an ‘About’ section (rich text, title, logo) and multiple sections of custom links (e.g., for navigation, social media, or resources).
Success Page
Create a fully customizable page using content blocks that users see upon successful submission of a Lumo.
Error Page
Design a custom page displayed if an error occurs during submission.

Design Your Unique Look
Make your Lumos stand out and perfectly match your brand identity. LumoPages offers powerful design and customization options to control the visual appearance of your digital pages without any coding.
Templates
Start quickly with pre-designed templates, or save your own customized designs as personal templates for future use. Easily apply and update templates.
Extensive Customization
Control the look and feel of virtually any element. Customize colors, fonts, sizes, spacing, borders, and other styling details across your Lumo.
Content Alignment
Set the overall text and element alignment for your Lumo, supporting both Right-to-Left and Left-to-Right layouts.

Manage Your Responses
Collecting data is only part of the process. LumoPages provides robust tools to manage, access, and utilize the responses submitted through your Lumos efficiently and securely. All submitted content is saved within your LumoPages account.
Response Inbox
View, filter, search, and manage all collected responses for your projects from a central inbox.
Export & Download
Export all responses for a specific project to a CSV file. Download individual Lumo submissions as PDF files.
Email Notifications
Receive instant email alerts for new responses, with the option to include the full response content directly in the email. Configure to receive notifications only at your verified email address.
Webhooks
Integrate LumoPages with other systems by automatically sending collected data via webhooks. Documentation is available to describe the payload structure. (Note: Use unique keys for secure communication as data is not encrypted at rest.)

Go Live and Share
Once your Lumo is built and designed, getting it in front of your audience is simple. Control when your Lumo is public, customize its web address, and share it across various platforms.
Publish Status
Easily control your Lumo’s visibility by setting its status to Draft or Public. A Lumo requires at least one field block to be published.
Custom Slug
Define a unique, readable name (slug) that will appear in your Lumo’s web address.
Social Sharing
Share your Lumo directly to popular platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Telegram.
Website Embedding
Easily embed your Lumo directly into any webpage using a simple copy-and-paste code snippet.

Platform Management
LumoPages provides additional tools within your account dashboard to help you manage your projects, media, and settings efficiently.
Projects Page
View and manage all your existing Lumo projects in one place.
Media Library
Manage all the images and files you’ve uploaded, track your storage usage according to your plan, and upload new media.
Account Settings
Update your profile information, view payment history and receipts, manage your subscription plan, and access account security options like password change and account deletion.
Language Options
Choose the system language for your LumoPages interface and set the interface language for individual Lumos (support both LTR and RTL).
